Located directly in front of the Traffic Hotel along the city Channel, this small bar has a comfortable and chill atmosphere. It's a great place to lounge for few hours either reading or talking with new travel buddies. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner at all hours (as far as we can tell). The peanut butter and honey pancake is to die for and it's cheap. The drinks are generally over priced, but it's not a huge deal as the dollar goes far in China. You get 30 minutes of free internet with each meal, and there are free DVD movies after 8pm.
